How it works

1. Fill out the return form with your order number, reason for return, and email address.
2. Submit your request. Our team will review it and reach out with next steps.
3. Once your return is approved, you'll have 2 days to ship the item to the address provided.
4. You'll receive your store credit within 15 business days after we receive your return.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items, intimates, and swimwear are not eligible for return.

All returns are issued as store credit — not cash refund — that you can use toward your next purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsability. Once your return is approved, you'll have 2 days to ship the item to the address provided, and your store credit will be issued within 15 business days after we receive your return.
